Una recomendación, lo pintas con el Photoshop en grande, cierto?
Sí haces eso, para que las lineas queden bien al "achicar" el dibujo, te recomiendo seleccionar todo, hacer un "copiar todas las capas" y crear un nuevo archivo donde copias la imagen, todas las capas quedaran en una sola, ahora achicas este que solo tiene una capa y lo guardas en jpg, así el espacio entre lineas y color no queda en blanco.
Y el que tiene todo separado lo dejas en .psd bien guardado para cuando quieras editar algo.
Al menos eso es lo que hago yo con mis cómics xD
